Chesapeake Utilities welcomes ChoicePay®, our new partner in providing our valued customers with enhanced electronic payment options. You can enroll online or by calling ChoicePay® at 877.671.0365. Once enrolled, you can begin paying your natural gas bill using the automated bill payment system, powered by ChoicePay®. The system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Payment options include credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) or electronic check. Fees will apply.
Please carefully read the points below before accepting. Once you accept that you fully understand these points, you will be taken to the ChoicePay® online payment site. Please note that all online payments made on a business day by 2 p.m. eastern standard time will not be processed until the following business day.
If your payment is to connect or reconnect service, or to avoid disconnection, after you process your payment with ChoicePay® you need to call Chesapeake Utilities during normal business hours at 800.427.0015 and provide our Customer Service Representative with your payment transaction number.
