Registered shareholders have the ability to view and manage their Chesapeake common stock accounts through the online account access system of our transfer agent, Computershare.

Once you are a registered shareholder, here are a few of the online services available:

- transaction and payment history
- company stock quote information
• Manage your account:
  
- address change
- certify your tax identification number
- update your bank details for dividend payments, direct debits, etc.
- download forms for specific transactions
• Perform transactions regarding your investment:
  
- enroll in an investment plan
- buy or sell shares
- request a certificate
- proxy voting online

When accessing your account for the first time, you will need to create a login at Computershare’s website.
