transfer agent and registrar. Computershare is responsible
for many shareholder-related functions including: keeping
shareholder records, issuing certificates, distribution
of dividend payments, accepting initial investments and
optional cash investments and reporting appropriate tax
information to the Internal Revenue Service on behalf of
shareholders. Shareholders may contact Computershare at

limited to, inquiries concerning dividend reinvestment
and optional cash investments, assistance with becoming
a stockholder through the Direct Stock Purchase component
of the Plan and the submission of Enrollment

Checks for both new investments and optional cash investments should be made payable to “Computershare – Chesapeake Utilities Corporation.”
*When sending an optional cash payment (minimum of $100 per
payment or minimum of $1000 for an initial investment), the
payment must reach the transfer agent no less than three business
days
prior
to
the
investment
date
(fifth
day of each month). If the fifth of the month falls on a weekend
or holiday, the investment date is the next business day. Payments
received within three business days of the investment date will be held
for investment on the next investment date. Interest is not
paid on dollars held awaiting investment. |
