| Mr. Schimkaitis is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation. He was appointed to serve as Vice Chairman effective March 1, 2010 and as Chief Executive Officer in January 1999. He served as President of the Company from 1997 until 2010. Mr. Schimkaitis has been a director of the Company since 1996. Mr. Schimkaitis previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, and prior thereto as Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, and Assistant Secretary of the Company. Mr. Schimkaitis has thirty-seven years of experience in the utilities industry. |

| Mr. McMasters is President and Chief Operating Officer of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation. He was appointed to serve as President effective March 1, 2010, in addition to his role as Chief Operating Officer. He was also appointed as a director of the Company in 2010. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since September of 2008. Mr. McMasters has been a director of the Company since 2010. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 1997 and as Senior Vice President since 2004. Mr. McMasters is responsible for the oversight of each of the Company’s business units as well as the Human Resources and Information Technology departments. Prior to his current position, he has held the positions of Vice President, Treasurer, Director of Accounting and Rates, and Controller of the Company. In addition to his tenure with Chesapeake, Mr. McMasters also served as Director of Operations Planning for Equitable Gas Company. He has thirty-one years of experience in the utilities industry. |

| Mr. Thompson has been Senior Vice President of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since 2004. Mr. Thompson is also President of Eastern Shore Natural Gas Company, the Company’s natural gas transmission subsidiary. Mr. Thompson joined the Company in 1983 and during his tenure has served as Senior Vice President and Vice President of the Company. Mr. Thompson also served as Director of Gas Supply and Marketing, Superintendent of Eastern Shore, and Regional Manager for the Florida distribution operations. Mr. Thompson has twenty seven-years of experience in the utilities industry. |

| Ms. Cooper was appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in September of 2008 in addition to her duties as Treasurer and Corporate Secretary. Previously she has served as Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since June 2005. She has served as Treasurer of the Company since 2003. Ms. Cooper is responsible for the oversight of the following departments of the Company: Accounting, Corporate Governance and Finance. Ms. Cooper joined the Company in 1990 and since that time has previously served as Assistant Treasurer, Assistant Secretary, Director of Internal Audit and Director of Strategic Planning. Before joining the Company, Ms. Cooper was an auditor with Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Services Group. She has twenty years of experience in the utilities industry. |

| Mr. Geoffroy was appointed as Vice President in May of 2007. He has served as Regional Manager of the Company's Florida Division since November 1996. Previously, he held the position of Assistant Vice President. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Geoffroy served as the Gas Systems Operations Manager for Gainesville Regional Utilities. During his tenure with Gainesville Gas Company, Mr. Geoffroy also served as Controller and Special Services Manager. Mr. Geoffroy has twenty-seven years of experience in the utilities industry. |

| Mr. Cummiskey was appointed Vice President in December 2009. Previously he has served as Director of Propane Operations since December of 2008. He had served as Director of Strategic Planning/Corporate Development since January of 2008. Mr. Cummiskey joined the Company in September of 2005 as Director of Propane Supply and Wholesale Marketing. Prior to joining the Company he was employed by Ferrell North America and was an officer in the United States Army for twelve years. Mr. Cummiskey has nine years of experience in propane industry. |

| Mr. Tietbohl was appointed as Vice President in June of 2010 and has been Assistant Vice President since May of 2009. He had served as the Director of Natural Gas Distribution for the Company's Delaware and Maryland divisions since January of 2007 and previously held various positions within the Company's Delmarva business unit including Director of Regional Business Planning and Development, Director of Regulatory Affairs and Controller, Delmarva Natural Gas Accounting Manager, as well as Rate Analyst I, II and III. Mr. Tietbohl has twenty years of experience in the utilities industry. |

| Ms. Bittner was appointed as Vice President of Strategic Development in June of 2010, and she has been the Vice President of Eastern Shore Natural Gas since May 2005. Prior to that, Ms. Bittner served as Director of ESNG, Director of Customer Services and Regulatory Affairs for ESNG and Director of Environmental Affairs for Chesapeake and an Environmental Engineer. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Bittner was a Project Chemist, Client Consultant and Environmental Lab Chemist in the environmental industry specializing in environmental analysis and reporting related to volatile organic compounds. Ms. Bittner has fourteen years of experience in the utilities industry. |

| Mr. Kim was appointed to Assistant Vice President in August of 2010. He joined the Company in March of 2009 as Controller overseeing all business unit accounting and financial reporting processes within the Company. In addition, he has responsibility for the development, communication and implementation of accounting and tax policies and procedures within the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kim was a Vice President and Assistant Controller for The Carlyle Group, a global private equity firm based in Washington, D.C., where he managed the U.S. corporate accounting team responsible for maintaining approximately 50 ledgers. Prior to joining The Carlyle Group, Mr. Kim was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he held the position of Senior Manager. He has 8 years of experience in the utilities industry. |

| Mr. Householder was appointed as President of Florida Public Utilities Company in June of 2010. For the ten years prior to his appointment, he operated a consulting practice that provided business development and regulatory services to utilities, propane retailers and industrial clients. Prior to starting his consulting business, Mr. Householder served in officer level positions with TECO Peoples Gas, West Florida Natural Gas and NUI City Gas. He also spent several years in various roles with the electric and gas utilities operated by Tallahassee Utilities. Mr. Householder has over twenty-five years of energy-related experience. |

| Mr. Stein serves as Florida Public Utilities’ Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. He began his career with Florida Public Utilities in February 1980, as Distribution Superintendent in the South Florida Division. Mr. Stein was promoted to Manager of Gas Operations in September 1986. In January 1993, he was appointed Vice President of Operations responsible for the South and Central Florida Divisions. He became Sr. Vice President in June 1997 and Chief Operating Officer in November 2000. He is currently Secretary and Treasurer of the Florida Natural Gas Association and serves on the Association’s Board of Directors. He is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Associated Gas Distributors of Florida as well as a member of the Southern Gas Association’s Distribution Section Managing Committee and past chairperson. In addition, Mr. Stein is a past president of the Florida Natural Gas Association. He has thirty-nine years of experience in the utilities industry and has been with Florida Public Utilities for over thirty years. |

| Mr. Bachman serves as Chief Financial Officer of Florida Public Utilities Company, a position he has held since 2001. He previously served as Treasurer and Corporate Secretary, as well as held various other financial management positions in the Company. Prior to joining Florida Public Utilities in 1985, he was an Assistant Controller for Southeastern Public Service Company, where he managed the accounting and information technology departments. Mr. Bachman currently directs and is responsible for all areas of Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, and Human Resources at Florida Public Utilities. Mr. Bachman has testified as an expert witness for the Company on various accounting matters before the Florida Public Service Commission. Mr. Bachman is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals, Florida Natural Gas Association, Southeastern Electric Exchange, and The Executive Association of the Palm Beaches, where he is the Treasurer. He has twenty-eight years of experience in the utilities industry and has been with Florida Public Utilities for over twenty-five years. |

| Mr. Zola has been President of Sharp Energy, the Company’s propane distribution subsidiary, since August 2002. Prior to joining Sharp Energy, Mr. Zola served as Northeast Regional Manager of Cornerstone MLP (formerly Synergy Gas) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to then, Mr. Zola was founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bluestreak Propane in Phoenix, Arizona until it was acquired by Ferrellgas Gas, a nationwide retail propane company. Mr. Zola has twenty-nine years of experience in the propane industry. |

| Mr. Snyder has been President of Xeron, Inc., the Company’s Natural Gas Liquids marketing subsidiary, since May 2003. During the Company’s acquisition of Xeron, Inc. in 1998, Mr. Snyder was serving as Sr. Vice President of Xeron, Inc. where he had nineteen years of experience. Prior to that, Mr. Snyder was Vice President, and Manager of Natural Gas Liquids of Xeron, Inc. Mr. Snyder started in the marketing department of Phillips Petroleum Company and was then promoted to Manager of Natural Gas Liquids Supply for the Petroleum Products Group. Mr. Snyder has thirty-one years experience in the Natural Gas Liquids industry. |

| Mr. Harlow joined the Company in June 1991 as a result of the Company’s acquisition of BravePoint®, Inc. (formerly United Systems, Inc.) which offers advanced information services. He has been President of BravePoint®, Inc., since October 1995. Prior to that, Mr. Harlow was a Senior Systems Analyst directing and developing large UNIX based support systems for Southern Bell and Bell South. Mr. Harlow is the Chairman of the Board of Advisors for the College of Information Technology at Georgia Southern University. Mr. Harlow has thirty years of experience in the technology industry. |
