Ms. Carter joined the company and was appointed to Assistant Vice president in March of 2014. As Assistant Vice president, Ms. Carter is responsible for the development and execution of the customer engagement strategy, policy and Customer Care operations for Florida Gas and Electric and Delmarva Natural Gas. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Carter held the position of Group Manager of Customer Operations, Collections and Remittance Processing with Pepco Holdings, Incorporated, a gas and electric utility based in Washington DC, where she led all aspects of a 600+ employee and contractor operation. Prior to joining Pepco Holdings, Inc, Ms. Carter was employed by Capital One Financial Services, where she held various operational leadership positions in Credit, Risk Management and Customer Service. She has 14 years of experience in the utilities industry.
