At Chesapeake, we care about our communities. The Chesapeake Cares Mentor Program empowers our employees to make a positive impact on the lives of local students by volunteering up to one hour a week to spend time mentoring a classroom of students or one-on-one with a student, guiding them to a bright future. Spouses* and significant others are also invited to participate. This small and consistent amount of time devoted to caring about a youth has the potential to create a lifelong, positive difference in both of your lives. Chesapeake is proud to partner with two associations, Connecting Generations and Junior Achievement to offer the Chesapeake Cares Mentor Program through various local school districts.
*Spouses are responsible for arranging their own PTO with their employer for mentorship activities. Chesapeake is not responsible for any financial reimbursement related to PTO or missed work for spouses.
