The Vineyards at Nassau Valley is an urban lifestyle community, featuring a variety of condos for every potential homeowner, and offering shopping, dining and entertainment all within walking distance. This 900-unit residential community is nestled within Delaware’s first farm winery, Nassau Valley Vineyards. The Nassau Valley Vineyards’ striking natural beauty and serenity provide an ideal backdrop for the bustling downtown center. The Vineyards at Nassau Valley development will feature countless shopping, dining, outdoor and indoor activities.
Sharp Energy’s Community Gas Systems™ (CGS™) will bring the comfort, reliability and convenience of propane gas to the residents of The Vineyards at Nassau Valley. In addition to the condominium units, Sharp Energy’s Community Gas System will provide propane gas service to 500,000 square feet of commercial space and a hotel located within the development.
Traditionally, providing propane service to condominium units is a challenge due to the lack of space provided for individual propane tanks typically needed for each home. This often requires the developer to install a less efficient, all electric system. Sharp Energy’s Community Gas Systems™ make it possible to serve a community such as The Vineyards at Nassau Valley by distributing propane through a network of underground gas mains from a central storage facility, similar to natural gas service. Each of the condos and commercial spaces will have a meter to measure their individual propane use.
