Assistant Vice President, Customer Operations

Kim Estrada is the assistant vice president, customer operations, at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation, with responsibility for leading the customer experience across customer and systems operations, revenue operations, field service management, customer programs and engagement, and customer experience strategy and systems.

She leads the Company’s customer-focused digital transformation, serving as a key stakeholder in the 1CX program, leading its expansion to Florida City Gas and advancing initiatives that strengthen self-service, analytics and digital customer engagement.

Beyond her operational leadership, Ms. Estrada champions community engagement efforts, including outreach through programs such as SHARE, reflecting the Company’s commitment to giving back and strengthening the communities it serves.

Ms. Estrada joined Chesapeake Utilities in 2023 and brings more than 30 years of utility industry experience, including deep expertise in customer operations, revenue cycle management and large-scale transformation initiatives.
