Sharp Energy
Sharp Energy

Sharp Energy sells and distributes propane gas to residential, commercial, industrial, wholesale and autogas customers. Our integrated propane operations in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania (Sharp Energy), Florida (Flo-Gas Company) and North and South Carolina allow us to provide the highest quality service to existing customers while growing and extending into new markets and service territories. Our propane gas operations distribute propane gas to approximately 86,000 customers and are largely concentrated in areas that are not currently served by natural gas distribution systems. Within our propane gas distribution operations, we market Community Gas Systems™ (CGS) — propane distribution systems that serve a subdivision from a central fuel storage facility through looped gas mains — which delivers gasified propane to residential and commercial users. Our propane operations have grown organically through our CGS strategy. We own approximately 194 miles of underground propane gas distribution mains in Delaware, Florida, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
