Employee Resource Groups

We have 12 employee resource groups (ERGs) open to all employees to join. ERGs play a key role to strengthening a sense of belonging within the Company. These voluntary, employee-led groups represent diverse interests and connect team members throughout the organization. ERGs enable team members to share perspectives and experiences and advocate for common needs and change, while supporting our mission, vision and values. Each ERG provides employee offerings for training and development, mentorship, leadership opportunities and community outreach.

DiverseAbilities

(Hispanic Organization of Latino Americans)

HOPE

PRIDE

promotes awareness and provides a sense of belonging for the LGBTQIA+ community. This employee resource group is open to all employees as members, supporters or allies.

SHIFT

(Society Honoring Ignition and Fuel Technology)

unites those that share a passion for engine-driven vehicles within our organization, curating the resources for the safe and responsible enjoyment of motoring, and celebrating the technology that elevates the experience of travel beyond general transportation.
