Lea Ann Bowers
Assistant Vice President, Talent Management and Organizational Development
Lea Ann Bowers joined Chesapeake Utilities Corporation as assistant vice president of talent management and organizational development in June, 2025. In this role, she leads the Company’s talent management strategy, including leadership development, succession planning, learning and development and workforce planning and analytics.
Ms. Bowers brings a wealth of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement and equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). Prior to joining Chesapeake Utilities, she served as senior director of talent management and engagement at The Michaels Organization, where she led enterprisewide initiatives in performance management, employee engagement and DEI strategy. Her career also includes leadership roles at Spectra, Starr Restaurants, Comcast Spectacor and Aramark.
Ms. Bowers holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Drexel University, as well as an MS in instructional technology from Bloomsburg University. She also holds multiple certifications in coaching, employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion and global talent management.
