Noah Russell

Noah Russell serves as is assistant vice president and treasurer for Chesapeake Utilities Corporation. Mr. Russell was promoted to assistant vice president and treasurer in April, 2026, as a result of his leadership and oversight in executing the Company’s multi-pronged financing strategy, efficiencies and expansion of the Company’s treasury and finance capabilities, and increased business collaboration in credit and other support functions.

Since joining Chesapeake Utilities in 2021 as assistant vice president and assistant treasurer, Mr. Russell has led the Company’s enterprise treasury strategy, including treasury operations, corporate finance and banking relationships, capital structure management — encompassing renewable and alternative financing strategies — investment management, insurance and risk management, credit management and oversight of the Company’s tax department and strategy. He is a key member of the financial leadership team and plays a significant role in supporting merger and acquisition activities.

Mr. Russell serves on the employee benefits committee and provides advisory support to both the risk management committee and the capital committee. He brings extensive experience in finance, accounting, and strategic planning, having previously served as director of strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions for Energy Transfer LP. Prior to that, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Sunoco Logistics Partners LP — including director of corporate finance and assistant treasurer — and earlier at Sunoco, Inc., where he served as manager of reporting and derivative accounting and senior finance specialist for refining supply and chemicals.
