DOVER, Del. – Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) announced today that the Company’s 2021 Annual Report and inaugural Sustainability Report were recognized in the 2022 MerComm International Annual Reports Competition (ARC) Awards competition, the world’s largest competition honoring excellence in reports.

The 2021 Annual Report, “Our Commitment: Sustain Growth. Make a Difference. Lead the Way.” was recognized in four categories, and the inaugural Sustainability Report was recognized in two categories. Both reports are available on the Company’s website, chpk.com.

A global panel of judges evaluated the reports among entries from more than 80 countries. Judging criteria included creativity, clarity, effectiveness and excellence. The 36th Anniversary ARC Awards will be presented in Barcelona, Spain, on Oct. 22.

Both reports were the result of close collaboration between individuals across the Company. Chesapeake Utilities contracted design and production services from the Gecko Group, West Chester, Pennsylvania, for the Annual Report; and MTN Advertising, Satellite Beach, Florida, for the Sustainability Report.
