DOVER, Del. – Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) announces the recipients of its 2023 Aspiring Scholars awards. Since 2006, the scholarship program has supported graduating high school seniors who are the children of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation employees.

One-year scholarships are awarded to recipients to apply toward their studies at an accredited college or university, or postsecondary education trade or technical school. Awards are based on each applicant’s academic record, extracurricular accomplishments, leadership qualities and community engagement.

Muminah Ahmed, daughter of Nehal Ahmed, graduate of Suncoast Community High School, Riviera Beach, Florida, will attend the University of Florida

Addison Cutshaw, daughter of Mark Cutshaw, graduate of Fernandina Beach High School, Fernandina Beach, Florida, will attend the University of North Florida

Amelia Cutshaw, daughter of Mark Cutshaw, graduate of Fernandina Beach High School, Fernandina Beach, Florida, will attend the University of Florida

Ansley Cutshaw, daughter of Mark Cutshaw, graduate of Fernandina Beach High School, Fernandina Beach, Florida, will attend the University of Central Florida

Trace Dixon, son of Thad Dixon, graduate of Ross County Christian Academy, Chillicothe, Ohio, will attend Shawnee State University
