In August, Chesapeake Utilities’ Delaware operating companies were recognized as a Top Workplace in Delaware for a ninth consecutive year.

The anonymous survey measures how well companies set a clear direction for the future, create a culture of high performance and foster strong connections with and among their employees. Survey results for FPUC included employee comments about their confidence in the direction of the Company; the positive work environment; the family-like atmosphere; the Company’s strong values and ethics; the encouragement of different points of views; and the genuine appreciation of employee efforts. Additionally, survey responses indicated that the majority of employees feel that they are “a part of something meaningful” and would “highly recommend” working for the Company.
