Assistant Vice President, Customer Programs and Engagement

Danielle Mulligan is assistant vice president of customer programs and engagement for Chesapeake Utilities Corporation. In this role, Ms. Mulligan leads customer-facing programs that support growth, safety and engagement, working across customer operations, regulatory and external affairs, and business units to align initiatives with enterprise strategy and evolving customer needs. Previously, Ms. Mulligan served as assistant vice president of strategic communications, where she led enterprise communications strategies supporting growth initiatives, regulatory environments, customer programs and organizational change. Her work focused on aligning business objectives with operational priorities and stakeholder expectations across regulated utility and unregulated markets.

Recognized by the Florida Natural Gas Association with the Fred Pryor Marketing Person of the Year award, Ms. Mulligan is focused on building high-impact teams that align customer programs and engagement with regulatory requirements, safety priorities and long-term sustainable growth.
