Puru Buddha

Puru Buddha leads enterprisewide digital initiatives that modernize and transform core business functions. In this strategic role, he will lead the next-generation ERP program — that includes finance, human resources, supply chain and asset management. A proven transformation leader, Mr. Buddha recently spearheaded the successful delivery of the 1CX initiative, implementing SAP RISE solution for customers, customer care teams and field technicians to unify the Company’s distribution operations across the regions and multiple legacy applications. He also led the rapid post-acquisition integration of Florida City Gas, achieving full operational alignment in record time. Prior to this role, Mr. Buddha served as AVP of enterprise applications, overseeing applications, data and analytics and IT project management competency since May 2022. He previously held the position of director of enterprise applications and projects at Chesapeake Utilities beginning in 2016. Earlier in his career, Mr. Buddha spent seven years at Kennametal, where he directed global applications, development and integration teams across North America, Europe and Asia. His earlier roles spanned multiple industries, where he successfully delivered technological solutions aligned with strategic business goals. Mr. Buddha holds both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and brings over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry.
