Growth Strategy
We have increased our gross margin across the enterprise through organic growth, new pipeline projects, acquisitions, start-ups, new product and service offerings and various strategic and regulatory initiatives. There are numerous investment opportunities in various stages of completion involving multiple business units. Most recently, three renewable natural gas initiatives have been announced and we are excited to collaborate with our business partners. Looking forward, continued investment growth in our various businesses will fuel future earnings growth.
Optimize Existing Businesses
Optimizing the earnings growth in our existing businesses, including the opportunities presented by our recent Florida City Gas acquisition. Our efforts will focus on organic growth, strategic and complimentary acquisitions, territory expansions, and new products and services as well as increased opportunities to transform the Company with a focus on people, process, technology and organizational structure.
Gas Transmission
Identification and pursuit of additional pipeline expansions, including new interstate and intrastate transmission projects.
Marlin Gas Services
Growth of Marlin Gas Services’ CNG transport business and expansion into LNG, RNG and hydrogen transport services as well as methane capture.
Propane
Identifying and undertaking additional strategic propane acquisitions that build upon our current operating footprint along the Eastern seaboard of the United States.
Sustainable Investments
Pursuit of growth opportunities that enable us to utilize our integrated set of energy delivery businesses to participate in sustainable energy investments, such as:
- Renewable Natural Gas from waste sources
- CNG/RNG vehicle fuels
- Sustainable fuels transport (RNG, Hydrogen, CO2)
- Combined Heat and Power projects
- Renewable power generation associated with RNG
- Opportunities associated with hydrogen
