Kim Estrada

Kim oversees the Company’s regulated utility and propane customer care operations, including field service management, contact centers, billing and payments, collections, the customer experience strategy and training. She played an instrumental leadership role in the recent 1CX implementation, is the business leader for the FCG 1CX implementation project and has been key in the integration of FCG. She joined Chesapeake Utilities in 2023 with over 30 years of utility experience.
