Chesapeake Utilities Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend

Dover, Delaware – At their meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.535 per share on the Company’s common stock. The $0.535 per share dividend will be paid on January 5, 2023 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2022. Sharp Energy Expands Further into North Carolina with new Sharp AutoGas Fueling Station

DOVER, Del. – Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) subsidiary Sharp Energy celebrated the opening of a new fueling station in Dunn, North Carolina, on Wednesday, Sept. 14, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The facility is the first Sharp AutoGas fueling station dispensing propane autogas in North Carolina.  The newly constructed fueling station is located at 17220 U.S. Route 421 in Dunn, North Carolina, and is one of 60 propane fueling stations operated by Sharp AutoGas. Sharp Energy Announces Acquisition of Davenport Energy’s Siler City Propane Division

DOVER, Del. – Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) announced today that its propane subsidiary, Sharp Energy, has acquired the propane operating assets of Davenport Energy’s Siler City propane division. Chesapeake Utilities Corporation Raises Dividend by 11.5 Percent

Dover, Delaware – At their meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) voted to increase the quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock from $0.48 per share to $0.535 per share.
