Stacie L. Roberts

Stacie Roberts serves as vice president of corporate governance and assistant corporate secretary. With more than 25 years of experience across the energy and financial industries, including a Fortune 500 company, Stacie brings a practical, forward‑looking governance perspective when advising the Company’s Board of Directors and executive leadership. She works collaboratively across the enterprise on matters that support the Company’s long‑term strategy, responsible growth and operational priorities. Under her leadership, the corporate governance team has earned repeated national and international recognition, including Best Corporate Governance in the U.S., Best Corporate Governance among North American Utilities, Governance Team of the Year and the Torch Award for Ethics. She has also been named a Top Woman in Business in Delaware and a member of a Women’s 100 Exclusive Network for her professional contributions and impact.

Stacie is an active voice in the governance community, serving on the Advisory Boards of the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance and the Middle Atlantic Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance. She also participates in special committees and task forces focused on emerging governance matters, including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and sustainability. A frequent speaker and author, she contributes thought leadership through global publications and executive forums. She is also a member of the American Gas Association, Florida Natural Gas Association and Southern Gas Association. Stacie’s work advancing inclusive employment initiatives contributed to the Company being recognized as Employer Champion of the Year by the Delaware Department of Labor. Stacie formerly served on the Board of The Arc of Delaware, including as chair of the employment committee, and currently serves as executive sponsor of the Company’s DiverseAbilities employee resource group.
